Merck Sharp & Dohme is an innovative, global healthcare leader that is committed to improving health and well-being around the world.

We started with the Italian Subsidiary of MSD, awarded Best Digital Company in 2014 and from the very beginning and we seized the opportunity to propose innovative solutions for commercial effectiveness.

Our actions were based on two products:

  • PopPling as a marketing tool to interact with their audience (employees and clinicians), to share information and opinions easily and effectively before during and after the event. When attendees use PopPling they join a private community where MSD can see the popularity of each aspect of the event and the guest speakers in real time, which means better planning for future events;
  • PressMatrix as a document management tool to handle communications to sales force (employees) on Apple iPad in an innovative, easy to use and interactive way.
